Enter the text you would like to have as the summary for that post in the Summary type in box when you are editing the article and this will then be the default content that shows up in the List of Posts.

• All you need to do is go to that page on the site
• Click the History button in the editing tools and you will see all the previous versions of that page

• Click on the time and date of the version you want to revert back to
• When the page opens, click Edit and then click Save
• You have now replaced the more recent version with the previous version (what was the most recent version now becomes the second most recent version....)

This offers links to lots of helpful tools

• While editing a page, highlight the text you want to be the link.
• Then, click on the globe icon  in the content editor tool bar type in the domain you want to link to.
• Click on the Target tab and New Window (_blank) so that it will open a new window when you click on the link and not take you away from the site.

• If you need to edit the link just click on the text where the link is (dont rehighlight) and then click on the globe icon  and you can edit the link.
• To link to an internal page on your site, you can just type /pagenumber to link to the page within the your own site.

• Click on the picture image  in the content editor tool bar.
• If the image you want to use is already on the server click Browse in the Image Info tab and search for the image file name.
• If it is NOT on the server, In the Image Properties pop up box click on the Upload tab.

• Click Browse...
• Find the image you want to upload
• Click Send it to the Server
• On the first tab, Image Info, of the Image Properties pop up window the newly uplaoded image should automatically appear in the URL field.
• Select the size you want the image to be
• Choose if you want the image aligned left, right center, etc.
• Click Ok at bottom of Pop Up Window
• If the image does not look like you want it to, click on the image and click on the Picture Window again and you can edit the size or orientation of the image.

First find the banner image on the site by one of the following methods from the Admin Menu:

Site Content and Layout

• Click on the link for the banner (do not click change, that would mean you want to select a different banner not edit this one)

Search all.PHP

• Type class banner
• Click on the banner you want to edit from the list

allClasses

• Under category Ads
• Click List
• You get a list of all the banners in the system and you can click on the one you want to edit

After getting to the banner using one of the methods above click Edit

If you want to change where the banner is linking, you can edit the Link

If you want to edit the image, you can upload a new file and replace the existing banner image

Upload a New Banner

This is useful for example if the newsletter tool might want to have a different banner from the homepage, or you want multiple banners for different newsletters, or you want to change the banner on the homepage from time to time.

• From Admin Menu click on allClasses
• Under Ads Banner click New
• Give the banner a Title
• Put where you want the banner to Link (usually the home page)
• Upload the banner image file
• Click Save

• In the Admin Menu click allUsers
• Search for the User Name
• Click on the User Name
• Click Manage Subscriptions link at bottom

• Check or uncheck the mailing group(s)

To edit a user information (address, password, change email)

• In the Admin Menu click allUsers
• Search for the User Name
• Click edit on the far right column (cloumn title is user info) next to user name
• Update information and click save

To remove a user from the system altogether (strongly unadvised since they could accidentally then get added back in and readded to a mailing list they already asked to be removed from)

• Be SURE it is the right user
• Find their exact User ID by Searching for User by Name and you will see User ID next to their name in search
• Email solutions@suretech.com to ask for that user ID to be removed from the system. Include the user name so we can do a cross check when we remove.

• Create a New Event with the first day the event is occurring and all the details

Tip: Use the Quick Links side panel to add an event or go to http://your domain/new/autouserevent

• After you hit save, in the top right of the event post you will see Copy in the edit tool options

• Click Copy, you will see a full copy of the event post with all the details so all you need to do is change the date for the second date the event is occurring and click save
• Follow step 3 above for all dates of the recurring event

• Click the Remove User button next to the name of person in the list you want to remove from that group.

Tip: If it is a long list of members, you can search for the persons name first

Note: BE SURE THIS IS THE PERSON YOU WANT TO REMOVE BY CHECKING THE EMAIL ADDRESS. SOMETIMES PEOPLE CAN HAVE THE SAME NAME.

• Type /NAME OF PAGE you want to link to from the menu in the order you want on the menu.

NOTE: If you don't want the name of the page to be the wording for the menu, simply take the page number (every page on the system has a unique number you can see in the browser window when you are on that page)

• Then you can customize the name of the page using the following format:

/PAGENUMBER | PAGE NAME YOU WANT

• For sub menu items, simply put an * in front of the page name, for example:

/ | Home

• "Unique Opened" and "Open Rate" under represent the number of unique recipients because they count only successful pings to our servers.  Blackberries, text only readers and all mail readers where the user does not select "download pictures" are not counted.

• Total opened includes every time the email is opened and read.  Our experience is the actual  number of  readers is somewhere between "Unique" and "Total" and the actual open rate is at least 50% higher than the reported "Open Rate". 

• Let your users know about the new edits to your site, and more importantly encourage your users to contribute content to the site.
• Content for the e-blasts can be selected by choosing content posts on the site you want to include. 

• Hit Login in the top left
• Hit "Need password"
• Enter the email you used when you made the post
• Click the link in the email we send you
• Set your password
• If the system doesnt have you logged in at that point just login using the login button at the top left of the screen (you know you are logged in when it says Welcome YOUR NAME at the very top left of the screen.
• When you are logged in you will be able to edit all the posts you have created.

• To get a new password click Login at the very top of the site.
• Click Need password?  
• Fill in your email address and hit send.
• Click on the link in your email.
• Voila!

• Look for the date when the post was last working successfully
• Click the date part of that selection
• Verify it looks correct when you view that page
• Then hit Edit on that version of the page
• Click Save at the bottom of the page.
  If you follow the above and save it, it returns you to whatever previous version you wanted.
