We will be swapping the disks tomorrow morning, Tuesday, March 29 at 8 am. Your website will be down for about 10 minutes.

    This maintenance took a bit longer than expected and some of our websites were down for about 20 minutes starting at around 8:40 am. Everything should now be back to normal.

    Our SureMail™ MS Exchange server infrastructure requires a maintenance hot fix that will affect service for 3 hours overnight.

    In order to minimize inconvenience, the maintenance service will begin Friday March 25 at 11 pm EST.  Service should be fully restored by Saturday 2 am EST.

    Mailboxes will not be accessible during this short period and all incoming mail will be saved and delivered once the system is back up.
