If you need to change your SureMail™ password pleasefollow the below steps.

If you have your SureMail™ setup in Outlook, on your smartphone or elsewhere you will have to update the password on those devices.


  1. Go to and login with your SureMail™ username and password.
  2. Select the Gear icon dropdown menu in the top right corner.

  4. Select Change Password

  6. Put in your current password than the new password you would like to use.

  8. Click Save.
