Any time a Solutions Specialist from is scheduled to help, consult, troubleshoot, or deliver a solution, we generate a "Work Order" (also called a "Ticket") in our service system.

When a Work Order is created and completed, you will receive an email confirming the work order request along with any detail we know about the Work Order.  When they Work Order is completed you will receive notification it is complete.  We will note the time it took to complete the Work Order.

Please note that since our procedure is to be PROACTIVE, our email notice constitutes authorization for us to move forward UNLESS your reply for us to stop or modify our written tasks.
